Very large apartment of 130sqm located in Via Alabalonga, a few steps from the wonderful Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, subway station 'Re di Roma' (SEE LOCATION MAP).
The apartment is on the 2th floor (with elevator)  and has been fully renovated this year. The B&B is composed by 3 rooms, one double and two triple, all with en-suite bathroom, tv set and air conditioning. Pick up service from and to the airport is available an request.
THE APARTMENT

The vast apartment, 120 square meters, is located in the central neighbourhood of San Giovanni, at about 20 mintues walking by the Colosseum It is composed by entrance, open kitchen with balcony overlooking a nice inside courtyard with trees, four bedrooms, one of those occupied by owner that provides daily cleaning and breakfast (served in the common kitchen). There are three bedrooms at guest's disposal, each very spaciuos and provided with bathroom (with shower) TV, air conditioning and heating. One room can accommodate two guests while the other two rooms are suitable for up to three guests each. A fast Internet connection is available in the common spaces.

We are in the San Giovanni neighbourhood, where the Basilica of San Giovanni is located. The subway station  "Re di Roma" is just few meters away

from the appartement. Many places of tourist interest can be reached by feet.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
  • Minimum stay four nights.
  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in Italian currency or Euro by bank transfer or draft, or by  personal check.
  • The reservation is considered valid on receipt of payment.
  • Full payment in Italian currency upon check in. No credit cards.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
