THE APARTMENT
The flat, nicely furnished, is about 40msq and is composed by an entrance, a large living room, kitchenette and bathroom. The living room, enters a small terrace that overlooks a nice and quiet garden, while the window, on the opposite side of the room, will surprise you with a spectacular skyline of St. Peter's Basilica. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric-stove, fridge pots and cutlery.  The apartment dispose of a double bed plus a single bed (they can be easily converted into a nice sofa and an armchair).  The full bathroom is with shower. The flat is air conditioned and provided with TV set. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ideal for two three persons.

THE AREA

We are in a very quiet "oasis" just by the busy centre of Rome: St. Peter's square is only 300 meters away, Some of the most important tourist places, such as the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and Castel S. Angelo, are reachable with a short walk.
The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the FS station "S. Pietro" (from which the Termini central station is just 10 minutes by train and the sea 20 minutes); besides, it is well served by many bus lines that connect with the rest of the city: 64,34,46,62,98,881,982.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Minimum stay four nights.
  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in by bank transfer or personal check.
  • The reservation is considered valid on receipt of down payment.
  • Full payment will be due in cash Euro upon check in. No credit cards.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
