Wonderful top class apartment for un unforgettable stay in Rome. A fantastic location in Via della Reginella, a small and quiet little street a few meters away from one of the most charming little square of the historical Rome, Piazza delle Tartarughe (SEE LOCATION MAP) a few steps from Piazza Navona and Pantheon. The apartment, sunny and luminous,  is very nicely furnished and is on the first floor of a small building (XVI century) fully renovated. It is Ideal for 2/3 persons but has an extra bed that can accommodate also a fourth persons. TV set and air conditioning provided. Private shuttle service from and to the airport available on request.

THE APARTMENT

Extremely nice and cosy, the apartment has been fully renovated and it develops on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a wonderful wooden beam ceilings with  kitchen corner (fridge, stove). From the large window you can see the charming Via della Reginella and part of the Piazza delle Tartarughe. The nice "Ottomana" sofa is a single bed with a second single bed underneath that can be pull out in case of four persons. A large stair of few steps leads to the top floor where you will find a large bathroom with shower and a double king size bed. The flat is very luminous and quiet, the atmosphere is unique.

THE AREA

Via della Reginella is right at the corner of Piazzetta Mattei, usually called by all the Romans Piazza delle Tartarughe. The name comes form the famous fountain delle Tartarughe that was built in the middle of the square in 1585. The area is just at the edge of the ancient Ghetto, in the main heart of Rome: Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum are at walking distance. A wonderful accommodation that will make your stay in Rome more comfortable and enjoyable than ever.

Booking conditions

  • Minimum stay four nights. For shorter stays check availability one week before arrival.

  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in Euro by bank transfer or check, or by  personal check in USD orGBP.
  • The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of the advance payment.
  • Full payment will be due in Euro upon check in. No credit cards accepted.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
