The Bed and Breakfast Ai Musei Vaticani is located in Via Sebastiano Veniero, 78, in the Prati neighborhood,  a few steps from the Vatican Museums entrance and St. Peter's square (SEE MAP) a perfect location to explore Rome by foot or using the comfortable subway with is very close (stop Cipro-Musei Vaticani). The luminous apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor of an old building (1927) with a typical entrance-courtyard.  All our rooms are with private bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The bed and breakfast is ideal for couples, families or small groups that want to taste the real roman life living among other Italian families. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to seven persons.

THE APARTMENT

It is a nice, vast apartment composed by entrance, three bedrooms, tree bathrooms and kitchen, nicely furnished and recently renewed. All our rooms   have en suite bathroom with shower and one can accommodate three persons. The common kitchen is equipped  with fridge and stove and you will find it provided with everything you need for breakfast with no time limits (self service). Other equipments provided are central heating and ceiling fans. Another nice double room with private bathroom is available in our "Dépendance", an apartment on the first floor of the same building composed by large entrance, two rooms (one of them used for our computer's work during the day and one for our guests), kitchen and bathroom.  The double room can be with two twin beds or with one double, is nicely furnished; on request it is possible to have an extra bed.  A French door gives on a balcony overlooking the entrance courtyard and is very quiet. The bathroom with shower is quite narrow (not suitable for extra large guests!!) the kitchen is fully equipped. Daily cleaning of all the rooms and of the common spaces takes place every morning from 10 am to 12 pm. No curfew. Children are welcome.

THE AREA

The apartment is in a nice old building (1927) in the Prati neighborhood and is located at 100 meters away from the Vatican Museums entrance near St Peter, a very good position from where is easy to reach walking, beside the Vatican City, many other places of cultural and tourist interest.

The neighborhood is also interesting for those who like to go shopping: the streets of Via Candia, Via Ottaviano, Via Cola di Rienzo, are very known shopping areas.

TRANSPORTATION

The closest subway stop is "Cipro- Musei Vaticani" (Line A) from where the house is easily reachable in few minutes walking: it is enough to follow the yellow signs "Musei Vaticani", take via Candia, turn right on Via Mocenigo and then left again on Via Sebastiano Veniero. BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Minimum stay four nights. For one/two days accommodations try availability a week before arrival. 

  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.

  • Deposit must be send to Erminia Pascucci in Euro, USD or GBP by: bank transfer, personal check or postal money order.

  • The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of payment.

  • Full payment in Euro upon check in. No credit cards.

  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise deposit will be lost.
